Specialty Foods find Favour in Asia.

There is increasing demand for Western food products across Asia, with particular interest being shown in the Chinese and Vietnamese markets.
Products such as cheese, coffee, red wine, cured hams & salami, along with olive oils, olives, pizza, pasta and premium beef, lamb & seafood, are all in demand as incomes and affluence rise across Asia’s developing regions. While all these items are available today in most major cities, these products will continue to spread across the population and as one group of consumers are just being introduced to these foods, other consumers more familiar with these items, are demanding higher quality and more diverse ranges of specialty cheese, better quality wines and coffee blends, country and even region specific examples of cured hams, salami, beef & lamb, as well as an ever increasing range of unique specialty foods from across the globe.
