Due to this cut of beef being bone-in and cut from the ribeye, with a little aging this steak will be one of the most flavoursome and juicy steaks you will ever taste. Being a cross breed of Black Angus and Wagyu you also get perfect marbling to intesify the flavour as the intramuscular marbling melts throughout the steak during cooking giving a delicate and buttery flavour throughout.
